Why? I don't see much problem with it... The company that pereviously controlled the ports the British Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co. was bought out by Dubai Ports World. It's not like this was an active choice. The workers are American and customs will still control things... in their normal incompetent way of checking less than 5% of cargos and corrupt.
